Kittee Custer attended Lewis and Clark School of Law in Portland while working as a legal secretary at Stoel Rives LLP, graduating in December 1999. She began practicing law in Pendleton in 2000, focusing on criminal defense, dependency, and family law, adding Social Security disability later. In 2016 she moved her practice to Milton Freewater to become of counsel to Monahan Grove and Tucker. She practices regularly in Umatilla, Morrow, Union, Baker, and Wallowa Counties. In her free time she enjoys her horses and other animals at her ranch and loves being outdoors.
Kittee will be retiring from the practice of Law on June 30, 2021
